Hello & Welcome to the Inaugural Edition of
The First Sip
This is the First Sip. It has been years in the making. In its infancy forms, it looked much more like a list of links to mental health resources called 'Newslinks' (for those of you who remember, thanks for sticking with us, welcome to the upgrade you deserve). Here is where you will find a new take on the discussion of mental health where your voice is heard and shared. Where even my voice can be shared in ways that would ordinarily be silenced due to the therapeutic role structure.
It is my hope that The First Sip becomes something that refreshes that portion of who we are that rarely has a space to breathe. This is your community space that welcomes questions, encourages discussion and nurtures connection to dismantle isolationism. You are always welcome here, so bring your favorite beverage, get comfy and join us.

The Pour-Over:
My Thoughts
Let me start by saying that I genuinely care about each and every member of The Mocha Cup Community, past present and future members. I pray for you all, for your peace, protection, provision and prosperity. I pray that the work we do together is meaningful and builds you up strong for whatever life brings your way. I pray that you draw on that strength as you continue to read this important guidance.
One of the hardest parts of caring about someone is having to say difficult, but necessary things. If a building is on fire and someone begins to yell at everyone to get out and even yells at them which way to go, that is not the time to be offended by the message. “I feel like their tone is too harsh, why are they yelling at me?” Yelling happens to wake you up to danger and get you moving out of the way swiftly. It is done because someone cares about your life.
This is me yelling.
Saving lives is a harsh business. It can sometimes require extreme measures that no one wants to have to take (the helper) nor go through (the rescued). It can be uncomfortable, even painful. But the end result of being alive is worth the effort.
The point of this message is to prompt you to make a plan for these difficult days. A Contingency Plan helps you and your family know what to do if your day-to-day routine becomes disrupted due to some community or national unrest or other event.
A Crisis Plan is the plan you activate when you need to gather and leave to a place of safety. If you take the time to create these plans now, and rehearse them with your family, they will serve you well if you ever need them.

Below are resources that I have relied on personally and found to be accurate and reliable. Whether you live by a faith foundation or not, everyone will be negatively affected by the dramatic and irreversible change that our country continues to face.
For those of you who have a faith-based foundation, this information should be familiar. Unfortunately, many churches made the decision a few decades ago to stop teaching from the book of Revelation, mainly because they felt:

-
it was too harsh of a subject matter,

-
they did not see the United States named among the nations listed,

-
because the entity “Mystery Babylon” was yet unknown. How could they preach/teach from it?
The decision to steer congregations away from Revelation knowledge has created a few generations of churchgoers who now have a lot of doubt and questions as well as information to digest quickly as the scriptures unfold and move into our daily news headlines.
The purpose of this introduction is to give you the option to skip this information. If you so choose, I respect your decision, that is of course your right, but it is also a choice. While I typically do not share this level of spiritual connection with others because it can be a lot to take in, what is happening in our society is requiring a new level of connection to God. I am encouraging you to elevate that level. Fast, pray & read your bibles more than you have in the past. This is the time when your faith support system can truly serve to help you make the best decisions for your life.

Below, are videos of prophetic messages that I believe can be lifesaving. You will hear very difficult things in them. This information is not to scare you, but to awaken you to what is happening, as predicted in the bible and to encourage you to make a plan for what is coming. There is no ‘One Size Fits All’ answer. There is no shade or shame in choosing to stay nor to leave. The critical point here is to make that choice with conscience intent, and make your preparation plans solid.

Preparation Prevents Panic

It is never my intention to add to anyone’s anxieties. What I will say to that is, adversity never asked you for an appointment on your calendar before. It won’t start now. I have found that prayer, a plan and preparation can greatly reduce, even prevent panic and turns fear into meaningful action.

What Is Happening?

Many are leaving the US. Many others are planning to stay and fight the decline of the country. I am concerned for those who are not even aware that there is a storm brewing and a decision that needs to be made about it all.
America is no longer the country that it once was, even a year ago. It is important to to recognize changing seasons and move differently as needed. Protecting yourself from the vitriol of a news cycle with millions of talking heads is one thing. Putting your head in the sand and imagining none of these changes are happening or can affect you personally is quite different. It is time to face basic facts and have a plan of action ready.

The people who have suffered the injustice of this nation should not also suffer its punishment.
There is a reason why a new diaspora is happening. Some are leaving this country with the awareness that things are shifting and believe they cannot cope with it. Others unaware, are just wanting a better life. They soon discover that lower expenses allows them to live easier than they expected.

Also, there are those who, by their faith will stay and create community, building supports for those who are alone and vulnerable.
What Can I Do?
Make an intentional decision to be informed and prepared. God is still answering prayers, performing miracles and blessing His children during this season, but the answers may be much larger and in a different place than you might have expected.
Begin by exploring the resources below, but also do your own research. As you absorb the content of these videos, the therapeutic and spiritual work you’ve done over the years to build your resiliency and capacity to handle difficult things will now show up to serve you through these most challenging times and difficult choices.

WARNING: These videos include descriptions of prophetic visions detailing future events.

Instructions for Engaging These Resources

-
Some are very long. Listen to them in smaller chunks or as you would a podcast can be easier.

-
Make every effort to complete a video. Endings may reveal the unexpected.

-
Always read the comment section, preferably first. You will see the community there and learn more about the impact of this information in the lives of others. (Scroll down to “Meet TMVB Community” below)

-
Listen in chunks. The material is dense. Take breaks to digest it if needed.

-
Take in the information in bites. Pause video to process briefly. (There is a lot of material, don’t take too long on one thing.)

-
Take notes in a journal. Keep track of things you need to revisit.

-
Make a “Things I Don’t Yet Understand” page in your journal, jot down difficulties and reflect on them later.

-
Determine your thoughts about this information. Taking an intentional stance helps to gain clarity.

-
Pray for what you should do. Ask God for direction, protection, provision and deliverance. Then, believe in His power to make a way.

-
Seek and ask God for understanding and any resources you need before saying something is not possible. There is an open window for miracles.

-
If you plan to leave, create a strategic plan, move in silence and maneuver as quickly as possible.

-
If you plan to stay, reach out and have conversations with others and create your own support network, a community among your friends and/or family and create a preparedness community.

This information is to help you come to an intentional decision to choose how you will manage ongoing events. Regardless of what you choose to do, you need to create a plan that can be quickly activated when needed. Remember, if panic shows up, let your plan answer the door.

The young lady featured in these videos is Prophetess Celestial Revivale. She is a New York attorney by profession. She follows scripture to the letter (as would any good lawyer) so the covering on her head is in accordance with 1 Corinthians 11:5: “But every woman that prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head…”
She has been recording God-given dreams and visions for the past nearly 7 years and has an excellent track record of accuracy in her prophecies. She has a worldwide following from her bible teachings and prophetic warnings to nations and to God’s people. She can be found on multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Rumble and others.
Her YouTube channel, The Master's Voice Prophecy Blog carries several series by topics:
Sin / Repentance / Slavery / War / Judgement. She takes her job as God’s voice VERY seriously. She is protective of those who come to be fed with no patience for foolishness. Her language can be seen by some to be abrasive, so this space is not for the easily offended. God can be blunt at times, and so can she.
